För supportfrågor kontaktar du din superuser/ systemadministratör som hjälper till med de flesta frågorna som rör Workspace Recuit. Det är den personen som är ansvarig för ert workspace- konto. Ja, rekryteringsverktyget är mobilanpassat. Dock rekommenderar vi inte att hantera hela processen i mobilen då Workspace Recruit erbjuder många komplexa funktioner. Det är däremot enkelt att hantera kandidater, kommunicera och redigera.

Of course you can! We collaborate with some of Sweden's largest job boards, such as Monster, Jobbsafari Blocket jobb etc. And can therefore offer favourable package prices. We are also great on social media and also offer advertising on Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin. Did you know that we get 30% more on our social media campaigns than the industry average?

FOR CANDIDATES

For all questions about applying for a specific job, it is the employer who advertises the job that you should contact. 

We at Workspace Recruit can not answer questions regarding the jobs that our customers advertise.

When you apply for a job where the employer uses Workspace Recruit as a tool, your application is registered as soon as it is filled in and submitted. If you then want to go in and edit your application afterwards, you can do this through the information you received via email when you received confirmation that your application has been received or by creating a candidate log (select log in at the to'’’ right here on the page) with the email you used when applying for the service.

You can easily change your application by logging in at the top right of this page. Choose the candidate log in and you will come to your own job portal.

If you do not have a candidate log in, you can immediately create one and make sure to register the same e-mail address that you used in the application procedure.

Make sure that you have filled in all the required fields in the application form and attached your files in one of the approved formats; pdf, doc, docx or rtf.
