FOR CLIENTS

For support questions, contact your superuser/system administrator who will help with most questions related to Workspace Recuit. This is the person who is responsible for your workspace account. If you have simple questions about your system or its functions, please contact support@workspacerecruit.com

Yes, the recruitment tool is mobile-friendly. However, we do not recommend managing the entire process on the mobile as Workspace Recruit offers many complex functions. Still, it is easy to manage candidates, communicate and edit.

Of course, you can! We collaborate with some of Sweden's largest job boards, such as Monster, Jobbsafari, Blocket Jobb etc. And we can therefore offer favorable package prices. We are also great on social media and also offer advertising on Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin. Did you know that we get 30% more on our social media campaigns than the industry average?

The recruitment tool is designed to provide the greatest possible flexibility without being complicated. Create your own process flow, change, redo, change again. When you're happy, lock the process so others can work the same way, or set up two different ones!

FOR CANDIDATES

For all questions about applying for a specific job, it is the employer who advertises the job that you should contact. 

We at Workspace Recruit cannot answer questions regarding the jobs that our customers advertise.

When you apply for a job where the employer uses Workspace Recruit as a tool, your application is registered as soon as it is filled in and submitted. If you then want to go in and edit your application afterwards, you can do this through the information you received via email when you received confirmation that your application has been received or by creating a candidate login (select login on the top right of this page) with the email you used when applying for the service.

It is handled by the employer who follows their specific process. All questions regarding your application should be referred to the employer. If you need to get in touch with our support, please email us at support@workspacerecruit.com

You can easily change your application by logging in at the top right of this page. Choose the candidate login and you will come to your own job portal.

You can easily delete your application by logging in at the top right of this page. Choose the candidate login and you will come to your own job portal. If you do not have a candidate login, you can immediately create one and make sure to register the same e-mail address that you used in the application procedure.

Make sure that you have filled in all the required fields in the application form and attached your files in one of the approved formats; pdf, doc, docx or rtf.
