The Executive Assistant at Camurus is an ambassador for the management/the company with a main responsibility to provide support and service through excellent communication in various ways. The role is broad and stretches from strategic to operational responsibilities and tasks – all with the same importance and commitment. The role reports to CEO at Camurus, Fredrik Tiberg.
The responsibilities include:
Planning and arranging

Manage the CEO’s agenda, calendar and travel to ensure optimal use of time and efforts

Plan and prepare board and management team meetings (EMT), internal and external conferences and events, shareholder’s general meetings

Book internal and external meetings and manage the related communication
Administrating and booking

Independently and proactively manage the CEO’s travel schedule (e.g accommodation, flight, ground transport and car)

Arrange travels and accommodation for Board members

Book internal and external meetings and manage the related communication

Process time, travel expenses and mileage reporting for the CEO

Collaboration and coordination of administrative tasks with Company Office Assistants

Provide administrative support for CFO and CBDO
Communicating and producing

Support in preparing presentations and reports

Produce CEO and board documents in AdobeSign

Responsible for keeping the corporate calendar updated

Update Camurus Intranet with CEO and EMT-related information
We are looking for candidates motivated by the role as described, with the opportunity to facilitate and support our management. We believe that you are in the early face of your career with a couple of years of experience from a similar role and international environment. We see management/consultancy firms, the academic world and law firms as examples of relevant earlier working environments. You have the ambition, and will get the opportunity, to grow with the role and the company.
You have a university degree within economy, finance, communication, service management, general administration, or similar education. Furthermore, you have documented excellent communication and linguistic skills, in Swedish and English, and are a proficient user in MS office package and other relevant software.
