We are seeking a Facility and Utility Manager
Location – Malmö
As a Facility and Utility Manager…
you will have the responsibility to oversee the maintenance and operation of our GMP production facility, ensuring that all utilities are functioning at optimal levels to support our critical manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, lead and participate in both small and large investment projects for our facilities and manufacturing process

Coordinate project resources with internal and external partners
-
Documenting technical requirements and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, GMP, and safety standards

Responsible for tenders/offers from both suppliers and contractors.

Be a technical resource when the work requires it
-
Participate in cross-functional teams to support capital projects related to facilities and utilities
-
Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures to ensure business continuity
You will be part of our manufacturing team and report to our Operations Director for Manufacturing. You will initially have the responsibility for one person and for our subcontractor of the day-to-day facility management.

we think that you are a technical project manager with experience of managing investment and/or development projects for facility, production or other experience relevant to the position.
Requirements:
-
5+ years of experience in facility management, utilities management, project management or a related field, preferably in a pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry

Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as FDA, GMP or other.

Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong sense of urgency
-
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and control costs in a highly regulated environment
As a person, you are structured and communicative. You enjoy both working independently and in project teams. You are solution-oriented and have very good communication skills as you have many contact points in the role.
