We’re seeking an HR Manager to join our cross-functional HR department in Belgrade.

What you’ll do:

Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment and talent acquisition process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding

Collaborate closely with management as a talent advisor in understanding and meeting company hiring needs

Participate in employer branding activities (Careers page, social media…)

Assist vendor companies / contractor management

Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics

Support development and implementation of HR policies

Optimize recruitment and HR processes

Provide administrative and day-to-day office support
What we expect you to bring:

Experience in HR, recruitment and/or office administration

Sharp attention to detail and good organizational skills

A creative, goal-oriented mind with an ability to suggest improvements

A friendly, positive and professional personality

Team player with willingness to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced and agile environment

Excellent knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written

University degree in social sciences, or related field
