Key Account Manager

We are looking for an ambitious Key Account Manager for Camurus which is a Swedish research-led pharmaceutical company, based in Lund. Camurus is committed to developing and commercialising innovative medical products to improve the treatment of patients with severe and chronic conditions and thereby improve their quality of life. Therefore, we are looking for a candidate with a high engagement and a drive for making a difference.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

Do you thrive on the road and looking your clients in the eye? Does it motivate you to be a part of making a difference in the healthcare sector and patients’ lives? Then this could be the role for you. As a Key Account Manager based in Jutland, you will be responsible for maintaining the relationship with existing clients but also develop long-term relationships with new stakeholders in your own region. Your drive and passion should be your motivation to discover solutions for your clients’ needs and this is one of your core responsibilities. As you will be responsible for your own region, you would have to possess a high level of independency and structural work ethic. Your main stakeholders will be physicians but you will also take part in local public affairs activities in your region.  
Essential position duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Grow and develop trusted relationships in the region;

  • Ensure all local supply chain activities are aligned with Camurus’;

  • Create an environment where you can share ideas and gain knowledge with relevant stakeholders in the industry;

  • Work closely with Country Lead to provide marketing with input and give feedback to the development and implementation of sales promotion campaigns and material;

  • Develop, ensure and adjust the field structure and targeting to meet customers’ needs;

  • Keep the Camurus CRM system up to date at all times;

  • Act as a role model and strive to consistently uphold Camurus’ core values.

WHAT’S NEEDED

What you bring

As a Key Account Manager, you have to be driven and passionate about creating a strong relationship with your clients and collaborate with them. You need to have good communication skills and it is key for Camurus that the clients’ needs are your highest priority. Furthermore, you need to have an entrepreneurial mindset, good judgment in managing the business and ready to make a difference for the patients. Thereby as a Key Account Manager, you have to meet the following qualifications: 

  • Qualifying educational degree or completed relevant local certification to work with pharmaceutical product in market;

  • At least 3 years of commercial related experience;

  • A record of accomplishment of aligning resources with key priorities, keeping the organisation focused on critical milestones and consistently achieving results;

  • Fluency in both written and spoken Danish and English.
