We are now recruiting an analytical and business-oriented Product Manager, Service Solutions to Svar Life Science.

Svar Life Science is a global supplier and partner in drug discovery and clinical diagnostics. The company has nearly 30 years of experience serving the life science market with diagnostic products, assay solutions and laboratory services. SVAR Life Science has 130 employees and the company headquarter is located in Malmö.

The role as Product Manager, Service Solutions offers a challenging opportunity in a headquarter-based position, where you will be able to put your mark on, and influence, further growth of the company.


You will hold a key function within the marketing department and will assist in pushing boundaries in drug discovery and clinical diagnostics. You will work with go-to-market strategies, portfolio life cycle management and leading marketing activities to capitalize on market opportunities.

In your role as Product Manager, Service Solutions you will report to the Head of Marketing.


  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies by working cross-functionally to grow our service solution offering.

  • Identify opportunities to maximize profitability including management of portfolio Life Cycle.

  • Forecast and review pricing strategy to ensure margin targets with healthy growth.

  • Secure in depth understanding of the industry, trends, competitive landscape, market dynamics and voice of customer.

  • Drive KOL collaboration and cultivate customer relationships for advice on new ideas and concepts.

  • Lead marketing initiatives.


  • BS degree with 5+ years expertise or MS degree with 3+ years’ experience from similar position.

  • Strong experience in business analytics, consumer insights development, a solid understanding of core marketing levers.

  • Entrepreneurial, strategic thinker with demonstrated track record of success in the development and execution of marketing strategies.

  • Proficient in all aspects of service and life cycle management.

  • Demonstrated expertise and knowledge of CRO/biopharmaceutical industry.

  • Capable of influencing and navigating through a complex organization.

  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, managing priorities, and maintaining timelines.

  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • You are used to manage clinical and scientific discussions and negotiate with Life Science professionals.

  • You are an excellent communicator both in Swedish and English.
