As one of the largest Digital Signage businesses in the world, we work across software and hardware solutions, operating at C-Level to create long-lasting partnerships with some of the biggest global brands. We are now looking for a leader to join our commercial team, in the position of Sales Operations Director. You will have the opportunity to work with and learn from our executive team and CEO.

As a Sales Operations Director you will…

work as the CCO’s right hand and collaborate with the European Sales Directors to drive sales excellence across the commercial team as we rapidly scale. Your role will be to ensure:

  • Delivering complex and mission-critical projects such as implementation of new programs

  • Deliver business insights to sales leadership

  • Improving conversion and win rates, time-to-revenue, and company profitability

  • Ensure that the executive team and Board of Directors have visibility into sales performance

Furthermore, you will ensure the sales team is operating as effectively as possible by:

  • Continuously execute tasks and follow up

  • Own the sales data quality, analytics, and C-level reporting

  • Monitor CRM, e.g. to follow up on processes

  • Sales playbooks

  • Improve processes, big and small

  • Create processes to integrate new companies

  • Training

For the first six months…

you will lead a major commercial transformation as we align our sales teams across six countries. You will lead the execution of the commercial strategy and improve organisational effectiveness. You will rapidly escalate issues and mobilise the appropriate resources within the organization to ensure that bottlenecks are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. It will also include to:

  • Help devise and implement new sales processes and best practices

  • Ensure that change is embedded into the sales team’s DNA

  • Interacting closely with Sales Directors

  • Drive the cadence of the transformation with clear workplans and milestones

To succeed as a Sales Operations Director, you need…

  • A university degree within finance, economics, or a similar discipline

  • Experience from a role within finance, for example as a Sales Controller

  • Be an Excel super-user and an experienced PowerPoint user

  • Experienced user of CRM, and other systems

  • Experience in C-level reporting and to navigate in a multi stakeholder landscape

  • Experience from project management, to drive change and to work with teams internationally

  • Experience from sales, pipeline management and end-to-end ownership

  • Fluent in English, verbally and written

You are an executer, good communicator and…

a people person. You like to solve things without delays, are structured, love numbers and have a highly analytical approach. Seeing results is important to you. We are looking for an experienced but dynamic person with a customer-first approach who isn’t afraid to drive change and innovation in businesses. In this role you also need to be curious, a quick learner, accurate and detailed.

As the main interface between the Sales team and the executives, you must be able to switch seamlessly between “doing” and “reporting”. You must be keen for a challenge, enjoy building relationships inside the company and capable of a high level of independent working.
