Duties and responsibilities
You run the entire recruitment process together with the recruiting manager, ranging from requirement profile and ad writing to interviews and contract writing. Besides this you work with strategic analysis of talent sourcing and activities related. Working with onboarding development, employee surveys and other HR projects and activities will also be part of the position.
You will be part of a team that works closely together with other functions within the company and you will report to CHRO of Axiell Group, based in Lund.
Experience and qualifications
To succeed in your role, we believe that you have training in either HR, sales, finance or IT, combined with international recruitment experience. You express yourself well in both speech and writing in Swedish and English, and have a good ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems and programs.
We see it as a merit if you have previous experience in onboarding, employee surveys and work with employee engagement. Knowledge in assessment tools is an advantage.
