We collect information about the specific device used (such as hardware model, operating system version, unique device ID and mobile network information, including phone numbers).

When you use our services or display content provided by Workspace Recruit, part of Roi Rekrytering, some information is collected and automatically stored in server logs. Log data contains the following:

We use different techniques to collect and save information when you use any of Workspace Recruit, part of Roi Rekrytering services or visit our website. This may mean that cookies or similar techniques are used to identify your browser or device. We also use these techniques to collect and store information when interacting with services.

How the information we collect is used for customers and candidates

The information we collect from our services is used to provide, maintain, protect and improve the services, to develop new services and to protect Workspace Recruit, part of Roi Rekrytering and our users. We also use the information in some cases to provide you with custom content, such as e-mail offers, campaigns and ads that are more relevant to you.

The information we collect using cookies and other technologies, such as pixel tags, is used to improve the user experience and the overall quality of our services. One of the products we use for that purpose is Google Analytics.

Workspace Recruit, part of Roi Rekrytering handles personal data on servers located in Amsterdam, Netherlands. These servers are provided by DigitalOcean, LLC.

When you as a customer want to access and update personal information

We wish for you, as a customer with us and users of our recruitment tool, to be able to access your information when you use our services. If the information is inaccurate, we would like to allow you to easily update or delete them - provided that the information is not stored due to valid business purposes or for legal reasons. When you update your information, we may require you to confirm your identity before performing the action.

We can deny a request if it is repeated an unreasonable number of times, requires disproportionate technical work (for example, the development of a new system or radical changes to existing practices), the risk of others' integrity or if it is very impractical (for example, a request for information available in our backup systems).

When we can give access to data and correction, we do it without charge, except in cases where it requires disproportionate work. We aim to keep our services in such a condition that information is not destroyed, by accidentally or through harmful processes. When you delete information in our services, it may take up to 72 hours before copies of the deleted information disappear from our active servers. The information can also remain in our backup systems for up to 72 hours, after which all information will be erased and the possibility of recovery will unfortunately be impossible.

The privacy policy applies to all services offered by Workspace Recruit, part of Roi Rekrytering.

Our privacy policy does not apply to services provided by other companies or individuals.

Changes

The privacy policy may change from time to time. We will not limit your rights under this Privacy Policy without your express consent. We will post notice of changes to the privacy policy on this site and if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent message (including email privacy policy changes for some services).

Explanation of Terms

Cookies

A cookie is a small file that contains a character string. It is sent to your computer when you visit a website. Using the cookie, the site will recognize your browser again when you visit the site again. User settings and other information can be stored in cookies. You can reset the browser so that all cookies are blocked, or it indicates when a cookie is sent. Note that some site features or web services may not work properly without cookies.

IP address

Each device connected to the Internet is assigned a unique number, an Internet Protocol (IP) address. Because these numbers are assigned in geographic blocks, an IP address can often be used to identify where a device connects to the internet.

Pixel tag

A pixel tag is a type of technology that is placed on a website or in the text of an e-mail message in order to record what is happening on a website or when e-mail is opened or retrieved. Pixel tags are often used in combination with cookies.

Personal information

Information that you send to us that identifies you personally, such as your name, email address, billing information, or other information.

HTTP referrer

The HTTP referrer is information that the browser sends to a web page to be opened, typically when you click on a link to that web page. The HTTP referrer is the URL of the latest web page that the browser visited.

Server log

Like most websites, our servers automatically record requests made when you visit our sites. These "server logs" usually include your inquiry, IP address, browser type, browser language, date and time of your request and one or more cookies that can identify your browser.

Personal data is only preserved if there is a need to preserve them to fulfil the purposes for which the data were collected. Thus, the data in a recruitment process is wiped out when the employment procedure has been completed, within 12 months. However, the information may need to be saved for other purposes, for example, where a candidate appeals the decision that the candidate did not get the job.

If we want to use the data longer, for example for future recruitment, Workspace Recruit, part of Roi Rekrytering will ensure that job seekers are informed and agree to continued registration via e-mail.

Personal data linked to customers and suppliers are saved only if these are relevant for the day-to-day relationship and for marketing and information purposes.

We urge our employees not to travel unnecessarily and to choose environmentally friendly means of transport as far as possible when traveling. We take the environment into account in our daily work by not printing anything other than when necessary, primarily conducting meetings via the web and sorting waste as far as possible.
